PETALING JAYA: Smallish U Mobile Sdn Bhd will ink a strategic partnership agreement with Singapore Technologies Telemedia (STT) on Monday.The deal may include a stake sale by U Mobile major shareholder Tan Sri Vincent Tan to STT.
This is the second attempt by a Singapore telco to take a stake in a local company after an attempt, nearly a decade ago by Singapore Telecommunications to buy a stake in Time DotCom Bhd, failed. Full Story
