KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 9 — A Singaporean law professor, who had previously been critical of the Barisan Nasional (BN) power grab in Perak , has been barred from speaking at a public forum after the police rejected his permit application.Professor Kevin YL Tan, had followed procedures by duly applying for a police permit to speak at the forum entitled“Whither the Constitution: Lessons to be learnt from the Perak crisis.”
