SINGAPORE, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Singapore is encouraging more citizens to go cashless consumption by offering more conveniences to use stored value cards, local media reported on Monday.
The infocomm industry is broadening the use of the CEPAS card for payment to many more outlets like shopping malls, food outlets and convenience stores.
