SINGAPORE, Dec 17 (Bernama) -- High-rise flat dwellers in Singapore have been again warned of the danger posed by killer litter, following a recent near- death incident where a flower pot which fell from a flat, hit and seriously injured a visitor at a housing estate.With more than 80 per cent of Singaporeans living in high-rise government-built flats, the Housing Development Board (HDB) on Thursday called on all HDB residents to play an active role in eradicating killer litter.
