Singapore dollar value consistent with policy - MAS

SINGAPORE, May 21 (Reuters) - Singapore's central bank said on Thursday the Singapore dollar's strength against the dollar reflected the U.S. currency's weakness against Asian currencies.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore was comfortable with its current monetary stance, deputy managing director Ong Chong Tee said at a briefing on the country's first quarter economic performance.
