SINGAPORE, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Singapore firms will get easier access to markets in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, according to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed here on Friday.
The MOU was signed by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
