BINH DUONG — Leaders from the southern province of Binh Duong briefed visiting Singaporean Minister Mentor Lee Kwan Yew about its socio-economic master plan as he made his third tour of the Viet Nam-Singapore Industrial Park yesterday.
Provincial People’ s Committee’ s chairman Nguyen Hoang Son told the Singaporean mentor, who is on his five-day visit to Viet Nam, that Binh Duong Province had a high growth rate and that it was among the first to develop industrial parks.
