SINGAPORE -(Dow Jones)- PSA International Pte. Ltd. said Monday that its Singapore container volume for 2008 rose 7% from a year earlier.
PSA, a unit of Singapore's state-owned investment company Temasek Holdings Pte. Ltd., said in a statement that it moved 29 million twenty-foot-equivalent units, or TEUs, during the year.
PSA's global container volume rose 7.3% in 2008 from a year earlier to 63.2 million TEUs. PSA has operations in 16 countries and has a global capacity of 111 million TEUs.
