MUMBAI: Even as domestic airlines have agreed to pay a 3% commission on ticket sales, although under pressure, to travel agents, most foreign carriers are yet to arrive at a decision. Singapore Airlines, one of the largest foreign carriers operating in India, has claimed that it has regularly paid to agents, a claim that has been contested by travel agents.
