Singapore's government agency JTC Corporation will be inviting local and foreign specialists to conduct detailed feasibility studies for the country's landmark project on building Very Large Floating Storage (VLFS) units. The detailed feasibility studies would include assessing the environmental impact, carrying out basic engineering design and evaluating the best business model for the floating structures.
