Changi Airport calls tenders for brand name/speciality and mid-price fashion concessions

SINGAPORE. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) had called a series of vital retail and food & beverage tenders at Terminals 2 and 3 and at its Budget Terminal.

In T2, the CAAS has called a tender for a Speciality/Brand Name Shop Concession at Departure/Transit Lounge North. Bids are due by 12 December for the contract, which runs from 1 May 2009 for three years.

This tender is being held under Changi’s ‘two-envelope’ system, designed to attract the highest qualitative as well as financial offers.

In T3, the airport has invited offers for a mid-price fashion concession at Departure/Transit Lounge North. Bids are also due by 12 December, with a contract start date of 1 May for the three-year contract.

At Changi Airport’s Budget (Low Cost Carrier) Terminal, a tender is being held for a quick service restaurant, with a three-year contract on the table. Bids are due by 10 December.

In recent days, the CAAS also called a tender for a speciality/brand name concession in the Budget Terminal. The closing date for submissions is 5 December, with the three-year contract beginning on 26 March next year.
