WASHINGTON (AP) — Three men have been indicted on charges of conspiring to illegally export material used in space and weapons technology to China.
The men — two from Singapore, one a resident of New York — are accused of conspiring to send carbon-fiber material to a space technology academy that builds satellites for the Chinese government.
