SINGAPORE (AFP) — Singapore's manufacturing output fell 21.9 percent in July, pulled down by a sharp decline in pharmaceuticals which offset gains in electronics and engineering, the government said Tuesday.
Analysts polled by Dow Jones Newswires had projected a 15.8 percent decline in July compared with the same month last year.
