SINGAPORE, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Singapore Airlines (SIAL.SI: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) unit SilkAir said on Tuesday it has scaled down expansion plans for the financial year to March 2009, as natural disasters hit travel demand on its China and Myanmar routes.
