HCM CITY — Four vocational training colleges in HCM City will use teaching methodology learned in a Singaporean programme and then transfer those skills to other instructors.
The three-year, US$1.15 million programme was announced by city leaders, the city Department of Education and Training and representatives from the Singapore Polytechnic, and Temasek Foundation in a signing ceremony yesterday.
