SINGAPORE, July 3 (Reuters) - DBS Group's (DBSM.SI: Quote, Profile, Research) head of consumer banking for Greater China has resigned and will be replaced by a former executive from ABN AMRO, a spokeswoman for the Singapore bank said on Thursday.
