SINGAPORE (AFP) — Nepal's former crown prince Paras kept a low profile Thursday after reportedly arriving in Singapore, where local Nepalese said strict laws should keep the controversial figure in line.
Sources said Paras, 36, landed in Singapore earlier this week, but his whereabouts remained unknown.
