Middle East food enthusiasts are gearing up for the upcoming Singapore Food Festival, a month-long food extravaganza which celebrates Singapore's diverse heritage through a series of enriching culinary events.
Taking place July 4-27, the Singapore Food Festival has become a highly anticipated event and one of the key festivals during the peak summer travel season aimed at attracting Middle East visitors.
In preparation for this occasion, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) teamed up with the Grand Hyatt Dubai this week to bring a taste of Singapore to Dubai with award-winning Singaporean Chef Ng Kwok Yin.
