Starhub and MobileOne (M1), rivals in the Singapore telecommunications space, have teamed up with Hong Kong's City Telecom (CTI) in a bid to build Singapore's upcoming high-speed broadband network.
The three telcos have jointly formed Infinity Consortium, to submit its proposal on 5 May this year in response to the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore's Request-for-Proposal (RFP) for the network company (NetCo).
