Four groups have shown interest in buying the 84% stake in France's Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise (FLY.FR) held by Inmobiliaria Colonial SA (COL.MC), reports Gaceta de los Negocios in its Thursday Internet edition, citing market sources.
Lazard, who's handling the offers on the French property company, has received four letters of interest from Amancio Ortega, chairman of Inditex SA (ITX.MC), a group of French investors led by insurance companies AXA SA (AXA) and Assicurazioni Generali SpA (G.MI) and from a consortium led by Singapore funds Temasek Holding and the Government of Singapore Investment Corp., or GIC., the paper adds
