SINGAPORE (Thomson Financial) - Neptune Orient Lines Ltd., a Singapore-based container shipping company, will consider the possibility of merging with Hapag-Lloyd once the divestment plan for the German shipping company is finalized, the Straits Times newspaper reported on Thursday.
