SINGAPORE:
Singapore's cable television operator has been fined for airing a commercial that showed lesbians kissing, the city-state's media regulator said Wednesday.

The Media Development Authority said in a statement on its Web site that it has fined StarHub Cable Vision 10,000 Singapore dollars (US$7,200; €4,600) for airing the commercial in November.
