Apr 06, 2008 (Kuwait Times - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- -- SINGAPRE: Singapore's business with the Middle East has almost doubled in the last three years with the city-state emerging as a strategic hub for companies from the Arab region.
