Vietnam and Singapore will cooperate in building work and development of mechanisms for settling domestic and international disputes.
An MOU to the effect was signed during Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong’s visit to Singapore at the invitation of his counterpart S. Jayakumar from March 11-13.
