A fugitive terrorist and leader of al-Qaeda group Jemaah Islamiyah, is supposedly still free in Singapore.
Singapore police have said Mas Selamat bin Kastari escaped unaided and has no money, food or transport to leave the country.
He escaped from jail four days ago.
