SINGAPORE (Thomson Financial) - The Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) is looking at ways to improve transparency amid growing scrutiny of sovereign wealth funds, which have been involved in pumping fresh funds into troubled global financial institutions, a government official said late Monday.
