Changi Airports International (CAI) has just announced that it intended to help invest, develop and operate the new redeveloped Vietnamese airport at Hue.
Signing a memorandum of understanding last week with Middle Airports Authority of Vietnam (MAA), Singapore’s government controlled entity CAI says that this historic move will be recognised as the first time the Vietnamese government has worked exclusively with a foreign investor.
