Last Friday, local teen idol Edwin Goh, 19, tweeted about being attacked by a group of men while on his way home at about midnight the day before.
Concerned fans and friends included fellow actor Ian Fang, who asked Goh if he had made a police report.
Goh's reply, "What can police do?", caused a stir online and his mother had to defend him publicly.
Since Monday, he has also gone silent on Twitter. Full story
