On Monday, Temasek bought US$198 million worth of shares in ICBC at HK$5.50 per share, totaling 280 million shares. That increased the Singapore firm's stake in the Hong Kong-listed shares of the bank to 7.04% from 6.71%, Temasek said in a Hong Kong filing Tuesday. ICBC is China's biggest bank by assets and is listed in both Hong Kong and Shanghai. Full story
