STOMPer K saw foreign passengers who seem to be staging a sit-in at a departure hall in Changi Airport's Terminal 2, which he thinks could be caused by a delayed flight.
Said the STOMPer: "China passengers staging a sit-in at Changi Airport's T2 departure hall inside the check-in area.
