Singapore workforce under pressure as commitments rise

SINGAPORE, Sept 14 — Some two in three workers in Singapore (66 per cent) feel that their workload has increased compared to six months ago, according to a survey conducted by job portal JobsCentral.
Among those who felt their workload has increased, 83.3 per cent said that their level of work stress has also increased in the last six months.
Six in 10 of the respondents said that they stay in the office for at least an hour after work hours at least three days a week.
One in three said they bring their work home to complete, 22 per cent said they have worked from home while on sick leave and close to 18 per cent said they have worked while on vacation. Full story
