Part of the former UIC Building along Shenton Way collapsed at about 5pm on Thursday.
The building was under demolition until it collapsed. Netizen AC wrote on citizen journalism website Stomp, "I heard a loud booming sound and the ground shook while we were in the office working. I thought it was an earthquake or very loud thunder." Full story
