Former Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) director Ng Boon Gay’s lawyers said on Tuesday it is premature to claim trial for his charges of sex-related corruption.
Following their previous request for clarification on the specifics of Ng’s four charges of corruption, the former civil servant’s lawyers Tan Chee Meng and Melanie Ho asked for a further three-week postponement to consult further with the Attorney-General’s Chambers. Full story
