inSing.com, 10 Jan 2012The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) will be the primary investigation arm for the Committee of Inquiry tasked to look into last month's two massive train disruptions.
Mr Lui said: "Not because we consider there is a criminal liability or anything like that, but because the CID has very, very good investigating skills. They are totally separate from any of the parties involved in the incidents." Full story
