Asus has responded to customer concerns regarding its recently released Transformer Prime by offering full refunds and extended warranties to UK-based owners of the Android tablet.
In a post on the company's official blog, Asus attempts to allay concerns first off about the quad-core Transformer Prime's wi-fi range by confirming that "after extensive checks... no units have been supplied to the UK with a known wi-fi issue."
"Any customers who have purchased a Transformer Prime TF201 and are dissatisfied with the performance of the GPS module are advised to return the unit to their point of purchase for a full refund as per standard consumer rights that apply in the UK," Asus's statement reads. Full story
