Bernama.com, 7 Dec 2011SINGAPORE, Dec 7 (Bernama) -- Singapore will impose an additional buyer's stamp duty (ABSD) on certain categories of residential property purchases from Thursday.
The statement said ABSD would be imposed over and above the current buyer's stamp duty, and would apply to the purchase price or market value of the property (whichever was higher). Full story
