Yahoo! Singapore News, 16 Sep 2011Minister of State for Education Lawrence Wong said on Thursday that care must be taken in expanding the university sector because there are many factors to consider and any decision will have “broad implications” for society.
"At first blush, it seems like a straightforward issue to result -- just create more places for university education or set up a new university," he wrote on the Education Ministry’s Facebook page. “But in fact, there are many factors to consider.” Full story
