Singapore ends May with 7.47 mln mobile subs

The mobile user base in Singapore grew to 7.468 million in May, up from 7.417 million in April, and the mobile penetration rate grew to 147.1 percent from 146.1 percent a month earlier. Of the total mobile subscribers in Singapore, 249,800 are 2G postpaid subscribers and 2.031 million are 2G prepaid subscribers, according to figures from regulator IDA. Full story
