MANILA, Philippines – A sibling of a household service worker based in Singapore said his sister went missing the night she fled to the Philippine Embassy’s premises.
Alan Mandado said he was informed by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) that his younger sister, Agnes, 32, left the embassy around 6 p.m. Wednesday and has yet to return.
The OFW fled to the embassy on Wednesday afternoon after escaping from the office of her agency, the Faith Employment Agency in Mountbatten in Singapore. Full story
