Singapore - Singapore's factory output bounced back in June following two months of decline, the government said Tuesday.
Manufacturing, which represents about a quarter of the city-state's economy, grew 10.5 per cent year-on-year in June after falling a revised 16.2 per cent in May and 9.2 per cent in April, the Economic Development Board said.
The June recovery was led by a surge in the biomedical sector, which rose 38.8 per cent year-on-year following a 42-per-cent decline in the previous month, it said. Link
