Azerbaijan Business Center, 3 Jun 2011Azerbaijan Tax Ministry reports that LLC " Baku ship building plant" with $30 million capital passed state registration in May. Its founders are State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Azerbaijan Investment Company and KV Enterprices B.V (Singapore). The enterprise is headed by Singapore citizen David Loh Tah Huay.
At the initial stage of this project preparation the enterprise was called "Caspian Ship Building Plant". Full story
