SINGAPORE — A European Union negotiator says talks with Singapore on a free trade agreement should be completed in a few months.
Chief EU Negotiator Rupert Schlegelmilch said at a news conference Wednesday in Singapore that the trade pact will probably come into effect in the second half of next year. Full story
