Eco-business.com, 25 May 2011Singapore’s new Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, kicked off the country’s first national energy efficiency conference yesterday, telling 200 industry leaders they were crucial to tackling Singapore’s carbon emissions, and that the government was ready to help.
