Singapore's Singapore Airlines said mid week it was experiencing technical difficulties on singaporeair.com
"You may wish to contact your local Singapore Airlines office should you require urgent assistance," it said in a statement.
It is understood the problems surfaced after the airline rolled out an upgrade to the site on May 19.
Passengers have since been unable to check in online after personal details entered into the system reportedly 'disappeared' and Krisflyer members who had saved reservation and passport numbers also found their details disappeared. Link
