A Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-300, registration 9V-SWI performing flight SQ-2 from Hong Kong (China) to San Francisco,CA (USA), was enroute at FL370 above the Pacific Ocean about 90 minutes prior to estimated landing, when a male passenger was found unconscious. Other passengers with medical background provided first aid while the crew continued for a safe landing on San Francisco's runway 28L. The passenger had to be pronounced dead however. Link
