Sengkang will have a new general hospital for serving residents of in north-eastern Singapore by 2020, including coming with adjoining community hospital facilities.Following a private donation of S$125 million from the family of the late property tycoon, Ng Teng, Khaw also revealed the upcoming Jurong General Hospital (JGH) which will be ready in 2014, will be named the ‘Ng Teng Fong Hospital’.
