Taipei, Feb. 14 (CNA) Taiwan and Singapore will soon sign a more comprehensive aviation agreement to open their skies to each other, the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) said Monday.The CAA said that after Taiwan and Singapore sign the pact, there will be no limit placed on the number of flights or seats serving the Taiwan-Singapore route.
