The Singaporean government will provide training programme for the Mekong Delta provinces of Can Tho and Kien Giang under the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP), said Pong Kok Tian, Singaporean Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City.Apart from English courses at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, the SCP also provides courses in economic development, trade and tourism promotion, urban and environment development, public heath, solutions to emergency and disaster, civil aviation, road, transport and port management.
