IN a busy section of Singapore's web of underground shopping malls, the Infocomm Development Authority is conducting a tour of its "experience centre".The idea is to persuade Singaporeans of the benefits of an optical fibre connection with a capacity of 100 megabits per second by setting up a model home that runs applications already available or under development.
