The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) announced today that it will help develop and validate Project Safe Hands in the National University Hospital and Changi General Hospital next year to address hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).These infections, which include pneumonia and sepsis infection, can lead to death in more severe cases.
